Ignition

11-17 Years

At Ignition we thrive to build up a courageous and caring community of young people, grounded in their faith and strong in godly character. Ignition youth is for anyone who is 11-17 years old.

There are several ways you can connect with us:

Ignition Youth meet weekly face-to-face on a Sunday @ 10.30am. Registration will take place at Emmanuel’s Yard.

Our Ignition life group is all about going deeper in our faith and walk with Jesus. We meet every Monday at 7.45pm. Sign up HERE!

We also offer one to one mentoring sessions if you or your young person needs a little extra support.

Ignition is a thought-provoking and fun environment for youth aged 11-17 years. Each week you will find them chatting, engaging with media, challenging each other, completing fun games and, most importantly, exploring how to negotiate life with Jesus at the centre.

As part of Ignition, they will also have the opportunity to develop leadership skills when helping with activities for the younger age groups, being involved in outreach events and taking part in key services.

There will also be social events throughout the year, so keep an eye out for them, scroll down to see a gallaery of Ignition photos and events attended.

Safeguarding

We operate a formal safeguarding policy for the safety of children, young people, and vulnerable adults and our teams which is registered with thirtyone:eight. This means that we are committed to ensuring that everyone working with children or young people:

- has been safely recruited

- is adequately trained and supervised

- understands and follows the church’s safeguarding policy.
