Team Training - Welcome

Thank you for offering your gifts, talents and time! We are so delighted that you are want to be part of our team here at West Wilts Vineyard Church. As you begin this brief team training, please listen to Mark’s three keywords. You can watch the video or expand the text below.

  • Jesus. It’s all about him. We are a community who gather around him to worship Him and are equipped and filled by his Spirit.

    Team. We can’t do this alone he’s designed us to work together with all of our different gifts skills and passions. As a team working together, we can achieve so much more than as individuals pulling in different directions.

    Purpose. Jesus has invited us together to join in with his mission of saving the world. The primary way that we do this is by making disciples (followers of Jesus) who are being transformed and being a blessing to those around us.

    So whether you are serving on a team at West Wilts in hospitality, cleaning, running children’s and youth groups, caring for the vulnerable at the storehouse or in an upfront, more visible role - thank you. Thank you for playing your part as we follow Jesus as a team and purposefully seek to make disciples.

Food handling and the full safeguarding training is given separately. If you are required to complete these, they will be sent under separate cover.
